Access levels
The person who saved a login manages it, and Owners and Admins manage every login. Everyone else has no access until someone shares it with them. A login’s
your_access field says what you may do with it.
Share a login
1
Open the Share menu
In the Dashboard, open Logins and select Share on the login.
2
Give the whole team access
Next to Everyone on the team, choose Use or Edit, then select Apply. This covers people who join later.
3
Or add one person
Under Add a person, choose a teammate and a level (Use, Edit or Manage), then select Add.
GET and PUT /v1/logins/{id}/access, and the same operations in MCP, answer a dashboard_url that opens the login’s Share menu.
Remove access
In the Share menu, choose Remove access for a person, or No access for the team, and select Apply. Removing someone’s last access to a login stops their unfinished jobs that use it. Lowering a level stops nothing.Details

- Nobody can change the access of the login’s creator, an Owner or an Admin.
- API keys and connected apps can narrow a member’s access, never widen it.
- A login you can’t reach answers
not_found. A level too low answerslogin_access_required, with the level required and yours. - When a member leaves the team, the logins they created stay with the team, and access given to them is removed.
