Save a login
1
Open the Logins page
In the Dashboard, open Logins and select Save login.
2
Enter the website and sign-in
Enter the website, such as
instacart.com, what it signs in with (username, email, phone or account number) and the password. For a website that sends a code at each sign-in, select No password. A label is optional.3
Add other details
Under More sign-in details, add only what the website asks for at sign-in, such as a date of birth, a ZIP code or an authenticator app key.
POST /v1/logins. In an MCP client, call call_pomerado_api with logins.create.
Values sent through the API or an MCP client pass through that client and its model provider. Send
"deliver": "dashboard" with only site_url and an optional label to get a dashboard_url where you type the login instead.Change a login
Each login on the Logins page links to Replace login (a new password, with its username, label and authenticator key), Edit sign-in details and Recovery codes; see set up 2FA. From the API, sendPATCH /v1/logins/{id}. A field you leave out keeps its value, and null clears an optional one. Changing a password login’s label, username or authenticator key also needs its password. A login’s website and its password or code sign-in never change; save a new login instead.
A locked Personal login refuses changes, and a login can refuse them while a job is using it (login_in_use).
Reveal a login
Open a login and choose to reveal or copy a value. The authenticator key is never shown, and recovery codes are only counted. Revealing works only on the Dashboard; the API and MCP answer adashboard_url.
- Personal account. The Dashboard asks for your Logins PIN at that moment, and your logins stay unlocked for five minutes. Set, change, unlock and lock the PIN on the Logins page. Resetting it keeps every saved login.
- Business account. There’s no PIN. Browsing and revealing follow your access to the login.
Delete a login
Select Delete login, or sendDELETE /v1/logins/{id}. Pomerado erases the saved values and stops the jobs using the login. This can’t be undone, and it doesn’t undo anything already done on the website.
